Customer Service Staff

Job Description :

Responsible for flight bookings, ticket issuance, and delivers exceptional customer service. This role includes assisting clients with reservations, handling booking modifications, and ensuring a seamless ticketing process while complying with company policies and airline regulations.

Requirements :

  • Min. Bachelor Degree of any major, and or;

  • Have min. two years experience in same field;

  • Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo (preferred);

  • Familiarity with airline ticketing policies, fare rules, and booking procedures;

  • Fluency in English;

  • Fluency in Mandarin is beneficial;

  • Strong communication and customer service skills;

  • Excellent problem-solving to handle customer inquiries and resolve ticketing issues efficiently and multitasking abilities;

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing bookings;

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
