Customer Service (Travel Agent)
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel products and services.
Provide accurate information on tour packages and travel documents.
Assist customers with bookings, changes, cancellations, and payment processes.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, admin) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
Maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Support marketing or sales team in promoting travel products when needed.
Minimum 1 year of experience as Customer Service, must from travel agent industry.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability.
Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Familiar with travel booking systems or willing to learn quickly.
