Job Description

· Menangani dan troubleshooting permasalahan local network, internet, dan OS

· Memberi saran dan solusi terkait kebutuhan pelanggan seputar teknologi

· Mengedukasi dan memberi pemahaman teknis kepada pelanggan dengan Bahasa yang mudah dipahami

· Set up router, akses poin, mikrotik, dan local network

Kualifikasi

· Min. SMK jurusan TKJ

· Dapat berkomunikasi lisan dan tulisan dalam Bahasa Inggris

· Bersedia bekerja shifting

· Dapat berkomunikasi dengan sopan dan ramah

· Dapat bekerja dalam tim, jujur, dan disiplin
