Bali Hai Cruises - Bali Bali Hai Cruises is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Maitre'd (Daily Worker) to join our hospitality team. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences for our passengers. Responsibilities :

• Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Ensure excellent dining and guest service experience on board.
• Supervise and coordinate service team during dining and events (Maitre'd).
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback efficiently.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth cruise operations.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Senior

High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism.

• Good communication skills in English (other foreign languages is a plus).
• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented.
• Experience in F&B service, hotel, or cruise line is an advantage.
