Data Scientist - Credit Risk

• Develop, implement, and maintain advanced machine learning models for credit scoring, fraud detection, and customer segmentation.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to credit risk and consumer behavior.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate analytical findings into actionable business strategies.
• Monitor and validate the performance of existing models, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate complex analytical concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Required Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a data science role, with a strong focus on credit risk modeling or a similar financial domain.
• Proficiency in Python or R and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics.
• Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of credit lifecycle, financial products, and regulatory requirements.
