Job Objective

DC Dry Dispatching Senior Staff bertanggung jawab untuk mengatur dan memantau kinerja Helper serta melaporkan hasil kerja tim kepada atasan. Posisi ini juga memastikan operasional DC berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan Instruksi Kerja dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP).

- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK semua jurusan

- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 - 3 tahun di bidang Operasional Gudang dan Ritel

- Memahami dengan baik konsep dan mekanisme operasional area pemuatan (loading area)

- Terbiasa menggunakan komputer, khususnya Microsoft Office

- Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim, memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, dan mampu menjalin kerja sama yang baik

- Memiliki kemampuan analisis, pemecahan masalah, dan pengambilan keputusan yang baik

- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shifting
