Delivery Software Engineer (AICC/IPCC)

We are looking for a Delivery Software Engineer with experience in the design, delivery, and integration of AICC/IPCC solutions (Artificial Intelligence Contact Center or IP Contact Center). The role involves hands-on technical responsibilities throughout the software project delivery lifecycle.

Job Description:

• Design and deliver AICC/IPCC solutions.

• Act as a Technical Service and Integration Engineer for new software project delivery and service enhancements.

• Supervise hardware installation.

• Set up infrastructure including virtual machines, network configuration, OS installation, and system commissioning.

• Perform database setup, installation, and commissioning.

• Handle software deployment, commissioning, and system integration.

• Conduct patch testing and deployment.

• Manage various acceptance testing phases, including internal testing, integration testing, and final acceptance testing.

• Troubleshoot issues and track resolutions during project delivery.

• Communicate project delivery status and progress to the Team Leader and Project Manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software development or system integration.

• Proven experience in the design and delivery of AICC/IPCC solutions.

• Background in companies such as Genesys or AVAYA is a plus.

• Experience in end-to-end delivery of projects involving Linux, databases, and software deployment.

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, including Layer 2 switches and routing protocols.

• Familiar with API protocols such as HTTP/HTTPS and SOAP.

• Proficient in database commissioning and administration.

• Experienced with Linux clustering and Oracle GoldenGate.

• Skilled in scripting (Linux and/or Windows).
