Demand Planner Supply Chain

What youll be doing

• Analyse historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production and inventory plans with anticipated demand

• Identify and address supply chain bottlenecks and inefficiencies to improve overall performance

• Implement and maintain inventory management systems to optimise stock levels and minimise waste

• Monitor and report on key supply chain metrics to support data-driven decision making

• Provide training and support to supply chain team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

What were looking for

• Extensive experience (3+ years) in demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain management within the manufacturing or logistics industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement

• Proficiency in using supply chain management software and data analysis tools

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Thorough understanding of supply chain best practices and industry regulations

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
