Kualifikasi Desain Grafis (Hard Skill)
Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3/S1 jurusan Desain Komunikasi Visual / Multimedia (tidak wajib, tapi diutamakan).
Menguasai software desain grafis:
CorelDRAW (utama untuk dunia percetakan).
Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
(nilai plus) Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Canva.
Paham prinsip desain: layout, tipografi, warna, komposisi, dan branding.
Paham proses cetak (digital, offset, sablon, UV, dll).
Bisa menyiapkan file siap cetak (CMYK, bleed, resolusi, font, ukuran kertas).
Kualifikasi Desain Grafis (Soft Skill)
Kreatif, inovatif, dan punya sense of art yang baik.
Teliti & detail (karena salah setting sedikit bisa bikin hasil cetak gagal).
Mampu bekerja dengan deadline ketat.
Komunikatif dan bisa menerima masukan/revisi.
Mampu bekerja sama dengan tim (sales, produksi, finishing).
Disiplin, rapi dalam menyimpan arsip file desain.
