Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

We're looking for a Design Lead, a builder and architect who will define the UX foundation of Agentic Commerce. You will own and shape the entire design direction of SkinSeoul, from AI agent interaction models to global ecommerce experience, internal tools, and the design system that powers it all.

This role goes beyond visual design or UX execution. You will define how humans interact with intelligent agents in commerce, and work directly with the CEO and engineering leadership to shape the future of AI-driven commerce.

Responsibilities:

A. Define the Agentic Commerce Experience

• Design AI-native shopping experiences powered by intelligent agents
• Define interaction models between users and AI agents
• Design trust, explainability, and decision visibility in AI-driven workflows
• Establish entirely new UX patterns for agent-based commerce

B. Own the Entire UX Architecture

• Lead the end-to-end design of the ecommerce storefront (skin-seoul.com), AI agent shopping experience, and mobile app experience
• Define scalable UX structure across all user surfaces

C. Build and Own the Design System

• Create and evolve a world-class design system
• Ensure consistency, scalability, and velocity across product surfaces
• Enable rapid iteration and product scaling

D. Build and Lead the Design Organization

• Hire and develop the design team
• Establish design culture, standards, and processes
• Mentor and elevate designers across the Perusahaan
• Set and maintain a high bar for design quality and thinking

E. Act as a Founder-Level Partner in Product Direction

• Work directly with CEO and engineering leadership
• Shape product direction and UX strategy
• Contribute to core product decisions and roadmap
• Drive 0→1 product and platform design initiatives

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or related fields.
• Strong senior or staff-level product designer ready to step into Head of Design role
• Proven experience designing 0→1 products
• Strong ownership and founder-level mindset
• Ability to think in systems, not just interfaces
• Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and product intuition
• Ability to lead design direction, not just execute
• Ability to work closely with engineering and leadership
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
