? What You'll Be Doing:
• Bikin desain koleksi ready-to-wear yang fresh & sesuai sama identitas brand
• Riset tren fashion terbaru + pengaplikasian ke konsep desain
• Bikin tech pack dan kerja bareng tim produksi sampai sample jadi
? You're a Perfect Fit If You:
• Punya pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai fashion designer (fresh grad boleh apply kalau portofolio strong!)
• Mahir gambar manual & digital (diutamakan bisa pakai Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, atau Clo3D)
• Paham pola dasar, jenis kain, teknik jahit, dan proses produksi fashion
• Kreatif, detail-oriented, dan bisa kerja dalam deadline
• Update sama tren lokal & global, tapi tetap punya selera/style sendiri
• Bisa kerja bareng tim (tapi juga tahan banting kerja mandiri)
? Bonus Points:
• Punya portofolio yang udah pernah diproduksi
• Interest di niche tertentu (modest wear, streetwear, experimental, dll)
• Paham social media atau visual storytelling (lebih kece lagi!)
