We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Serviceing Executive to join our Jakarta team and strengthen our client relationships while driving campaign success.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage business development and client servicing across assigned accounts.
• Build, maintain & support with client pipeline to sales team
• Set up meetings with potential clients, present solution if required
• Ensure smooth execution of campaigns including planning, delivery, monitoring, and billing closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement digital strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital platforms, advertising trends, and delivery capabilities.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct regular check-ins to investigate and determine client needs and goals.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, setting clear KPIs for measurement.
• Prepare, present, and deliver progress reports, insights, and ROI recommendations to clients.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in client servicing, account management, or digital advertising operations.
• Strong business development mindset with the ability to close deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English (Bahasa proficiency is a plus).
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
• Personable and professional demeanor to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts.
• Good analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
