Digital Asset Specialist

As a Digital Asset Specialist at MWX, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing the companys digital assets, including cryptocurrencies, tokens, and stablecoins.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Asset Management

  • Manage company crypto wallets (hot, cold, multisig).

  • Handle transfers, receipts, and accurate recording of digital asset transactions.

  • Ensure the security of private keys, seed phrases, and backups.

Treasury & Investment

  • Support asset allocation planning (BTC, ETH, stablecoins, DeFi yield).

  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic investment recommendations.

  • Manage liquidity for both operational and treasury needs.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all transactions comply with local and international crypto regulations.

  • Develop and maintain SOPs for digital asset transaction security.

  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on digital asset positions.

  • Analyze digital asset performance and market risk exposure.

  • Provide insights to management regarding digital asset strategies.

Cross-Funtional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Engineering teams to implement blockchain systems.

  • Educate stakeholders on wallet usage and best security practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Information Technology.

  • 2-4 years of experience in treasury, finance, or crypto asset management.

  • Proficiency in using crypto wallets (Metamask, Gnosis Safe, Ledger, Trezor).

  • Strong understanding of DeFi, yield farming, staking, and stablecoin management.

  • Knowledge of crypto regulations in Indonesia and globally.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to maintain data confidentiality.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in crypto, fintech, or blockchain companies.

  • Certifications related to blockchain/crypto (e.g., Certified Blockchain Professional).

  • Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools (Nansen, Dune Analytics, Etherscan).
