DIGITAL CONTENT DESIGNER

About the Role

Were looking for a Digital Content Designer to support brand and marketing efforts. This role blends creative visual storytelling with strategic content planning, and an acute sense of business acumen. Youll be the visual voice behind our digital presence, ensuring that each brand is expressed clearly and consistently across platforms.

What Youll Do

• Create compelling visual assets for social media, websites, flyers, brochures, and other marketing touchpoints

• Capture and edit photo and video content for digital campaigns, documentation, and initiatives

• Design for various formats including Instagram feed posts, stories, and LinkedIn content

• Develop monthly content plans that align with brand and business goals

• Write clear, engaging copy that speaks to each brands target audience

• Track and adapt to digital and social media trends

• Work closely with the sales and digital team to produce content that supports commercial objectives

What You Bring

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut)

• Understanding of composition, visual hierarchy, and brand storytelling

• Ability to shoot high-quality photo/video content using a camera or smartphone

• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedIn

• Strong copywriting skills for short-form content, both in English and Bahasa

• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple brand needs

• Proactive and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership

Bonus Points

• A portfolio of content work, especially for B2B or industrial/logistics brands

• Experience creating content for logistics, freight, or export/import industries
