We are a growing business in the promotional gift & branding solutions, helping clients make smarter marketing. Were now expanding and looking for a performance-oriented marketer to scale our outreach and lead generation efforts.

WHAT YOULL DO

1. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn).

2. Research and identify potential leads through various platforms and social media.

3. Initiate contact with prospects and present product offerings to generate interest.

4. Develop a lead generation funnel using landing pages, forms, and CRM tools.

5. Create engaging content (ads, blog, social posts) that drives traffic and conversions.

6. Manage and grow social media presence.

7. Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting tools.

8. Collaborate with sales to hand over qualified leads.

WHAT YOU BRING

1. 2+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably in a startup company

2. Proven experience with paid ads (Meta/Google) and lead generation

3. Understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and conversion metrics

4. Creative mindset with good writing skills (Bahasa + English)
