Digital Marketing Specialist
Qualifications :
1 - 2 years of experience in digital marketing (fashion/retail is a plus).
Solid knowledge of Meta Ads, and marketplace ads (Shopee, Tiktok, Tokopedia ).
Passion in data driven, strong analytical thinking and confident with numbers.
Familiar with tools like Meta Suite, Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Excel / Sheets.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bonus: experience in SEO, email marketing, or affiliate programs.
Responsibilities :
Plan and execute digital campaigns across paid channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, etc).
Monitor campaign and ads performance (CPC, CTR, ROAS), optimize budgetand make data-driven improvements.
Monitor campaign performance (CPC, CTR, ROAS), Build audiences and retargeting strategies to increase sales and retention.
Collaborate with e-commerce & creative team to align campaign assets and timelines.
Support promotional calendars (e.g. 7.7, payday, Harbolnas) with targeted digital ads.
Analyze data & create reports with insights and next step recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with fashion industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising technologies to maximize campaign effectiveness
Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Transform company goals into digital marketing strategies and help execute from SEO/SEM, email, social media, display ad campaigns, experimentation, and A/B testing
