HR Legal Staff

Job Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage HR-related legal documents, contracts, and company policies.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company standards.

  • Liaise with government offices and external parties for legal and administrative requirements.

  • Monitor updates on labor law and provide advice to management.

  • Support HR team in employee relations, dispute handling, and audits/inspections.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Law.

  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, employment regulations, and government compliance requirements.

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred (fresh graduates with strong legal knowledge are welcome to apply).

  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team, with adaptability in a dynamic environment.
