About The Role
Responsible to manage day to day activities to ensure Group Digital Guideline is followed in every Digital Platform initiative in Indonesia.

• Own digital platform technology roadmap
• Implement IT and Design Standard on digital platform
• Lead coordination with Business, IT, design and group working team to ensure digital platform development and improvement projects is aligned with Perusahaan objective and digital platform technology roadmap
• Identify and lead solutioning discussions for potential setback within digital platform development and implementation
• Update stakeholder on digital platform issues that potentially impacting Perusahaan objective or digital platform technology roadmap and propose solution options to mitigate issues
• Ensure customer centricity is prioritized in each functionality to be released, manage phasing and drop to ensure optimum value delivered to customers and users
• Engage in digital platform UI design and UX research with Human Centric Department (HCD)
• Monitor digital platforms usability and stability
