Role Description

• Develops the hotel’s commercial strategy and business outlook
• Direct and collaborate with the sales and revenue team on pricing, inventory management, channel distribution, and market segmentation strategies.
• Communicates and implements commercial strategies, adapting them as market conditions evolve
• Works with Marketing & PR teams to develop targeted marketing proPosisis and campaigns
• Identifies future revenue opportunities and communicates strategies to sales and marketing teams.
• Evaluates effectiveness of sales channels and optimizes budget alLokasi accordingly.
• Monitors competitors’ activities, including pricing, offers, renovations, and inventory.
• Manages the annual sales budget and controls expenditures through monthly forecasts.
• Prepares the hotel’s annual budget and marketing plan in collaboration with Marketing and Revenue teams.
• Analyzes business trends, booking pace, market share, and competitor performance regularly.
• Demonstrates strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial statements, revenue reports, and market data.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in the hospitality or travel industry in a role of Sales, Marketing or Revenue or related Posisis
• Degree in Marketing, Revenue Management, Business, Hospitality Management or similar. Masters Degree preferred
• Demonstrated skills in leading and managing a team
• Strong background in E-Commerce with demonstrated experience in managing online sales platforms and digital commerce strategies
• Proven sales expertise with the ability to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Competence in Marketing, including digital marketing strategies and promotional campaign development
• Solid Analytical Skills to assess market trends, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in Project Management to oversee cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely, efficient results
• Strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a strategic mindset are essential
• Experience in the hospitality or luxury resort industry is a significant advantage
