Discord Admin/Moderator

We are looking for a responsible and community-driven Discord Admin/Moderator to help maintain order, safety, and engagement within our Discord server. You will play a key role in enforcing rules, supporting community members, and ensuring the server remains a welcoming space for everyone.

As a Moderator, you will work closely with the Community Manager and other team members to resolve conflicts, manage roles, assist with events, and help grow a healthy and vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and moderate chat channels to ensure compliance with community rules
• Enforce guidelines fairly and consistently, including issuing warnings or bans when necessary
• Support users by answering questions and resolving minor issues in a timely manner
• Identify and report inappropriate behavior, content, or bugs to the Admin or Community Manager
• Help organize and manage community events or announcements
• Manage roles, permissions, and bot functionalities as needed
• Collaborate with the team to improve the overall structure and flow of the server
• Maintain a positive and inclusive tone in the community
