Document & Tracking Export Forwarding for CIF Shipments

Job Description Tracking & Doc Export :

• Monitor & Tracking the trucking/shipment from customers warehouse till arrive at destination port for all shipments.

• 1 day can monitor new 5-10 shipments and trucks.

• Do the final SI, submit VGM, draft BL.

• Have experience minimum 2 years in handling Customer Service Export with CIF shipments in Forwarding.

• Coordinate with liners, customers and internal team.

• REPORT to Marketing Manager/Director for every shipment running, especially shipment problem, by active verbal or email.

Requirement :

• Live near Kelapa Gading,

• Can do mulitasking and underpressure,

• 25 - 40 years old.

• Usually handle CIF Shipments.
