Job Description

• Managing driver schedule compliance

• Ensure availability of driver as the target of driver roster

• Enhance driver knowledge, skills and behavior through Driver Training, Evaluation, Coaching & Performance Improvement initiatives

• Provide Continuous Problem Solving to Identify issues, solve and prevent repeating.  

• Responsible to achieve Driver Scorecard KPI 

• Standardize & Develop DM Supervisor knowledge, skill and capabilities

• Conduct regular daily, weekly & Monthly Performance Review to ensure Scorecard KPI achieved

• Collaboration with other function to execute Project related Optimization & Expansion

Requirements

• At least have Diploma degree

• 5 to 10 Years performed in Transport, Logistics & Driver Management environment with minimum last active position as a Manager 

• Strong in leadership and communication skills
