About the Role
As a Driver Operations Manager, you will own end-to-end driver operations across both Perusahaan-owned and vendor car pools. You will ensure strong driver supply, high utilization, disciplined operations, and healthy driver economics while maintaining strict SLA performance. This role solves the core challenge of balancing driver satisfaction and operational reliability at scale. You will work closely with fleet partners, cost controllers, SOP teams, and senior operations leaders.
