Drugs Procurement Operation

Job Description

• Coordinate drugs procurement operations and manage inventory to ensure critical drug availability.

• Follow up on supply shortages and obstacles, evaluate vendors, and arrange meetings with vendors.

• Conduct effective negotiation with vendors.

• Create Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on POs with vendors.

• Prepare and review OSPO (Operational Supply Purchase Order) and OSPR (Operational Supply Purchase Requisition) to be communicated to the unit hospitals.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to optimize procurement processes.

• Create monthly enforcement reports.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering/Biotechnology/Pharmacist

• 5 years of working experience as Procurement Staff. Preferable have a good experience in Hospital/Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals industry.

• Proven experience developing and implement strategic sourcing initiatives

• Have a high motivation, fast response, results-focused, and act with a high sense of urgency

• Strong in sourcing vendors and negotiation skill

• Familiar in using SAP system for procurement process

• Exceptional time management and able to work with tight deadlines

• Willing to be placed in Corporate Office, Serpong - South Tangerang
