We are looking for a digital sales expert who can turn online presence into measurable revenue. This role covers marketplace management, ad campaigns, sales funnel optimization, and growth across multiple platforms. You will ensure that our brand stays ahead in the competitive e-commerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Shopee, Tokopedia, and other relevant marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Blibli, TikTok Shop, potential international platforms).

• Create and manage targeted ad campaigns that drive conversions.

• Track leads, sales flows, and customer journeys to maximize ROI.

• Develop promotional strategies, flash sales, and bundled offers.

• Stay ahead of marketplace trends and introduce innovative growth tactics.

• Collaborate with sales and content teams to maintain consistent branding.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketplace management (Shopee & Tokopedia essential).

• Strong skills in ad placement, sales tracking, and conversion optimization.

• Data-driven with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.

• Agile and adaptable to a fast-changing digital environment.
