E-commerce Officer

PT Bintan Resort Cakrawala (Bintan Resorts), a fast-growing company, master-plans and manages the prestigious Bintan Beach International Resorts in Lagoi. We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy E-Commerce Officer to join our winning team in Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Team!

About the Role:

This entry-level position will support the management and growth of our online platforms, including the official Bintan Resorts website and mobile app. You will play a key role in updating product listings, running campaigns, improving customer experience, and supporting marketing communication initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals passionate about digital commerce, technology, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Update and upload new products (Tours, Activities, Merchandise, Cultural Show, Museum Ticket, Yacht Charters, and Special Events) on the Bintan Resorts website and mobile app.

2. Ensure product information, pricing, and visuals are accurate and engaging.

3. Support the selling process of digital tickets and online products.

4. Assist in improving the UI/UX of the website marketplace to enhance customer journey.

5. Set up and execute monthly campaigns or promotions on the website and app.

6. Prepare campaign briefs for the creative team.

7. Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance to recommend improvements.

8. Collaborate with the marketing communications (MarComm) team, including assisting with FAM trips, influencer collaborations, and event support.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Information Systems, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome).

2. Familiar with CMS WordPress and WooCommerce system.

3. Strong interest in UI/UX design principles; basic knowledge or coursework in UI/UX is required.

4. Tech-savvy, quick learner, and proactive problem solver.

5. Strong attention to detail, especially when handling product content.

6. Good communication and teamwork skills to work with creative and marketing teams.

7. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, online campaigns, promotions) is a plus.

8. Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma) is an advantage.

9. Willing to be placed in Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
