Posisi: E-Commerce Operations Fulfillment Manager.

Lokasi Kerja: Cikupa, Tangerang.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in warehouse / fulfillment / e-commerce logistics, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Proven experience in handling high-volume B2C fulfillment operations
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, picking, packing, outbound) and WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Experience in managing multi-shift operations and large warehouse teams
• Familiar with e-commerce ecosystem (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.) and Terakhir-mile delivery operations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage KPIs and improve operational performance
• Experience in capacity planning, manpower planning, and cost optimization

Job Responsibilities:

• Fulfillment Operations: Manage end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment (inbound, picking, packing, outbound) to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Order & SLA Management: Ensure order processing is accurate and on time in line with SLA targets.
• Capacity & Peak Planning: Plan warehouse capacity and operations to handle high-volume orders, including peak campaigns.
• Process Improvement: Develop and improve SOPs to increase efficiency and minimize operational errors.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key metrics such as productivity, accuracy, and delivery performance.
• Team & Manpower Management: Lead warehouse teams and manage shift planning to ensure optimal productivity.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (3PL, courier) for seamless operations.
• Cost Optimization: Drive operational efficiency and reduce costs without compromising service quality.
