E-COMMERCE SPECIALIS

Are you an experienced e-commerce professional looking to join a dynamic consumer electronics brand? We are seeking an E-commerce Manager to oversee our online retail operations and drive growth for JK CARE OFFICIAL STORE . This is a full-time position based in Cengkareng Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Raya.

What youll be doing

1. Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy Spesialis Tokopedia & Tiktok & Lazada

2. Manage online product catalogues, inventory, pricing and promotions

3. Optimise the e-commerce platform for enhanced user experience and conversion rates

4. Analyse website performance and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate online and offline sales channels

6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision making

7. Oversee the e-commerce team and ensure operational efficiency

What were looking for

1. Proven track record of 5+ years in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail or consumer electronics industry

2. Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, SEO and web analytics

3. Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies

4. Strong project management and problem-solving skills

5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

6. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
