Job Descriptions:

• Memastikan kegiatan live streaming di Shopee berjalan sesuai dengan promo yang berlaku.

• Mendukung host saat live streaming berlangsung (OBS, Pin Produk, Pin Voucher, Shopee Live Features).

• Memastikan harga yang tertera sesuai dengan tabel harga yang sudah ditentukan [tidak underprice].

• Memastikan semua peralatan teknis, seperti kamera dan mikrofon, berfungsi dengan baik sebelum siaran.

• Mengatur dan mengelola platform live streaming, termasuk pengaturan koneksi internet dan software.

• Bekerja sama dan berkoordinasi dengan Divisi Host Live Stream & AE Marketplace untuk meningkatkan performa host & GMV khususnya di Shopee.

• Mengelola campaign Shopee (promo, voucher, flash sale, live streaming) agar mencapai target sales.

• Menganalisis data performa toko Shopee (traffic, conversion, GMV) dan memberikan rekomendasi strategi.

• Mengumpulkan data dan analisis dari setiap Live Stream untuk mengevaluasi kinerja.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman dalam menangani platform Shopee (wajib).

• Memiliki pengetahuan mendalam tentang kampanye pemasaran di Shopee (Shopee Live, Shopee Ads, Shopee Campaign, Voucher/Promo Tools).

• Pengalaman tambahan di marketplace lain (TikTok Shop, Lazada, Tokopedia) menjadi nilai plus.

• Keterampilan analitis yang kuat, mampu memecahkan masalah, dan mengambil keputusan berbasis data.

• Berpengalaman dalam produksi dan manajemen live streaming/acara akan menjadi nilai tambah.

• Perhatian tinggi terhadap detail dan memiliki kemampuan multitasking.

• Bersedia bekerja secara shifting di tanggal campaign besar.
