We are seeking a full-time on-site Ecommerce Manager to join our team in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will oversee and manage our ecommerce operations, develop and execute marketing strategies, analyze sales data, and monitor key performance metrics to ensure the success of our online channels. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage online promotions, stay updated on market trends, and optimize the customer experience across platforms.

• Strong E-Commerce expertise and experience in managing online platforms
• Analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategic decision-making
• Proficiency in Marketing strategies and campaign execution
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders
• Proven Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior in the ecommerce space
• Familiarity with analytical tools and software to track performance metrics
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
