Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

• Mengelola toko online di marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, dll.) dan website brand.
• Upload, update, dan optimasi produk (foto, deskripsi, harga, stok).
• Menjalankan strategi promosi, campaign, dan iklan berbayar (ads) untuk meningkatkan traffic & penjualan.
• Melakukan riset tren produk dan kompetitor.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim marketing, gudang, dan customer service.
• Menangani pertanyaan pelanggan serta memantau kepuasan konsumen.
• Membuat laporan penjualan, analisis performa toko, dan memberikan rekomendasi strategi.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimal pendidikan D3/S1 (Marketing, Manajemen, Bisnis, atau terkait).
• Berpengalaman di bidang e-commerce / marketplace (minimal 1 tahun).
• Memahami cara kerja marketplace, SEO produk, dan strategi digital marketing.
• Terbiasa menggunakan tools e-commerce & Ms. Excel/Google Sheets.
• Kreatif, analitis, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
• Mampu bekerja dengan target dan deadline.
