Education Consultant (Sparks Math)

Hi! Were Sparks Math, and were passionate about making math fun, engaging, and meaningful for children aged 3 to 12. With a curriculum rooted in international approaches—like Singapore Math—we help young learners build strong problem-solving skills and real confidence with numbers. Through games, hands-on activities, and thoughtful guidance, we turn math into something kids genuinely enjoy. Placement: Jakarta

Education Consultant Area of focused:

You will be responsible for:

• Provide sales consultations to first-time customers on their needs and interest, and develop a suitable study plan during the consultation

• Pitch the most suitable program and showcase comprehensive up selling action to our products

• Creating sales management and student database

• Providing accountable sales reports

• Meeting monthly sales targets set by the company

• Resolve problems, questions, and/or complaints from parents

• Communicate regularly with other teachers and other departments

• Actively collaborate in marketing and sales activities outside of the center

• Other admin and operational duties and responsibilities assigned by the company or when needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Service mindset: treating each customer the way you want to be treated

Sales ability: delivering effective sales pitch & closing deals

• Minimum 1-year experience in sales, or direct selling B2C

• Excellent interpersonal communication and promotion skills

• Excellent service , can do attitude and ability to work as a team

• A results-driven person

• Willing to work in shift

• Ability to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)

• Sales from education industry experience is a plus
