KUALIFIKASI

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dibidang accounting, manajemen keuangan

• Memiliki pengalaman atau terlibat dalam process improvement project menjadi nilai tambah

• Mahir menggunakan Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Python, PowerBI atau software analisis data lainnya

• Mampu membuat dan menganalisa informasi keuangan menjadi suatu laporan yang menyeluruh

• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang baik

• Fokus pada detail dan akurasi

URAIAN PEKERJAAN

• Membuat Management Reporting package dengan lengkap dan akurat

• Melakukan verifikasi dan evaluasi menyeluruh atas kas merah terkait transaksi operasional

• Membuat dan menganalisa laporan produktifitas dan pertumbuhan komparatif, pemetaan produktifitas serta analisis Time Motion Study dan penilaian fluktuasi tenaga kerja pada setiap proses kerja

• Melakukan analisa dan implementasi vehicle routing problem atas aktifitas penjemputan, gateway dan last mile delivery untuk mengoptimalkan okupansi kendaraan

• Membuat proyek perbaikan keuangan dari penerapan konsep lean management sehingga memberikan rekomendasi strategis
