- Minimum D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power, or other related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in electrical panel engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical and other electrical design software
- Good understanding of national and international electrical standards
- Able to read and create single-line diagrams and wiring schematics
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player
- Willing to travel for project assignments if required
- Design and develop wiring diagrams for electrical panels (LV/MCC/Control Panels)
- Assemble electrical panels based on technical drawings
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical panels
- Coordinate with project teams and field technicians
- Ensure all installations comply with SNI and IEC standards
- Prepare technical reports and panel documentation
