The Electrical & Superintendent (E&I) Superintendent will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation and maintenance of all electrical and instrumentation systems within our petrochemical facility. This role involves leading a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and optimizing equipment performance to maximize production uptime.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of E&I technicians, providing technical guidance and performance feedback
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical and instrumentation systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment malfunctions, minimizing downtime
• Oversee the installation, calibration, and repair of instrumentation and control systems
• Develop and implement safe work procedures, including lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) and permit-to-work systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance within a petrochemical, chemical, or similar industrial environment
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems (PLC & DCS)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be based in Balongan, West Java
