Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for market development and sales of company elevator products (passenger elevators, freight elevators, escalators, home elevators, etc.), achieving annual sales targets.

2. Develop sales plans and implement sales strategies/models based on sales forecast analysis.

3. Track sales orders and payments, advance sales processes, and fulfill sales tasks.

4. Analyze market conditions, predict regional sales prospects, monitor competitor activities, and anticipate customer demands.

5. Develop/maintain client relationships, assist in complaint resolution, and secure project success by influencing decision-making chains.

6. Conduct customer visits and daily follow-ups, track/predict client needs, and enhance satisfaction.

7. Coordinate technical, installation, and after-sales teams to ensure project execution and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. ≥3 years of sales experience; background in elevators/electromechanical equipment/construction materials preferred.

2. Excellent communication and coordination skills; proficiency in Mandarin preferred.

3. Diligent and proactive work ethic.
