Position required: Emergency Team Leader

Job Description :an emergency team leader is responsible for leading and managing the team in emergency situations such as disasters or accidentsCoordinating the team to ensure safety, minimize losses, and carry out recovery with strong leadership skills while ensuring a quick and effective response.

Requirements :

• Minimum education is a Bachelors degree or equivalent.

• Have at least a level D, ABCD Firefighter certification.

• Having a General Occupational Health and Safety (K3) Certification.

• Priority given to local people of North Maluku.

• Declared healthy during the medical check-up according to company criteria.

• Having good communication skills.

• Years experience as Emergency Team Leader

• Good command in English can speak Mandarin is preferred

• Conceptual, analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.

• Can-do attitude, positive attitude, self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn.

• Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.

• Domicile of East Halmahera, North Maluku (preferred) or willing to be placed in North Maluku-East Halmahera
