Deskripsi Pekerjaan: IT SUPPORT ENGINEER (FOR IoT)

Qualifications :

• Education : Diploma/Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field. • Experience: Min 2 years in IT Support or Engineer or practical experience with IoT devices, sensors, and cloud platforms is highly desirable.

Job Descriptions :

• Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IoT devices, networks, and software applications. Provide end-user support for IoT systems and related technologies. • System Monitoring: Monitor the performance and health of IoT devices and networks, proactively identifying and addressing potential problems. • Installation & Configuration: Assist with the installation, configuration, and deployment of IoT hardware and software components. • Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures to protect IoT devices and data from unauthorized access and cyber threats. • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for IoT systems, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations. • Collaboration: Work with other IT professionals, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of IoT systems.

Technical Skills:

• Networking: Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and experience with network troubleshooting. • Operating Systems: Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux) and their application in IoT environments. • IoT Protocols: Knowledge of common IoT communication protocols like MQTT, HTTP, and CoAP. • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or Google Cloud IoT is a plus. • Programming: Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C/C++ is beneficial. • Security: Understanding of IoT security best practices and experience with security tools and technologies.
