We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our toolroom operations specializing in moulds, dies, jigs, and fixtures supporting multiple manufacturing plants within our Group.

Job Description:

1. Lead and manage daily operations of the mould & die factory, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.

2. Plan and control production schedules, capacity, and resources to achieve on-time delivery of tooling projects.

3. Oversee machining processes (CNC, milling, grinding, heat treatment, assembly, and trial runs).

4. Ensure compliance with tooling quality standards, tolerances, and approval processes.

5. Drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost efficiency, and machine utilization (OEE).

6. Develop and implement preventive maintenance systems for moulds and dies.

7. Manage budget (CapEx & OpEx) and new equipment investment for the toolroom.

8. Build, train, and coach a strong team of engineers, technicians, and operators.

9. Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to support new product introduction and process optimization.

10. Promote discipline, safety, and 5S practices across the factory.

Requirements:

1. Possess at least Diploma's degree (DIII) in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.

2. Proven experience as a Mold Designer or in a similar role is often required (>5 years).

3. Experience with mold-making processes and materials.

4. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SolidEdge).

5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex designs and manufacturing issues.

6. Adaptable, collaborative and commitment to excellence.

7. Willing to be placed in Curug, Bitung Tangerang.
