Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Engineering & QA Manager to join our team on-site near Surabaya, Indonesia. This role is responsible for leading engineering and quality assurance functions to ensure efficient production, consistent product quality, and continuous process improvement.
Key responsibilities include overseeing engineering and QA teams, driving process optimization initiatives, establishing and maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with industry requirements. You will lead cross-functional projects, support new product introduction, and implement scalable systems that improve production performance and reliability.
This role serves as a critical link between regional production teams, requiring strong technical leadership, clear communication, and the ability to translate product requirements into effective manufacturing execution. You will play a central role in advancing operational capability, strengthening quality systems, and supporting the Perusahaan’s continued growth.
