Engineering Supervisor

Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of the types and functions of MEP, HVAC, and civil equipment typically used in mall properties

2. Proven ability to perform maintenance and repairs on MEP, HVAC, and civil systems

3. Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings and diagrams

4. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing technical teams

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

6. Minimum of 5 years of experience in property engineering, preferably within the retail or commercial real estate sector

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), HVAC, and civil infrastructure commonly used in mall properties

• Supervise and manage engineering team members, ensuring efficient daily operations and task delegation

• Interpret and utilize as-built drawings, wiring diagrams, and various technical work tables in support of engineering tasks

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure engineering systems meet operational and safety standards
