You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers in the UK market, assisting them with their inquiries, orders, and issues via live chat. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!
Job Description:Provide high-quality customer support via live chat for our UK e-commerce customers.
Respond to inquiries about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a friendly and helpful experience.
Excellent English proficiency (B1 level or above), both written and verbal, with a strong understanding of US English nuances.
Prior customer service experience, ideally within e-commerce or a live chat environment, is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working on a rotational 24/7 shift schedule (including nights, weekends, and public holidays) to cover UK business hours.
Willingness to work 5 days a week.
Based in or willing to relocate to Surakarta.
