About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Junior to join our talented team at PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH). In this full-time position based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and support of our cutting-edge ERP system, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organisation.

What youll be doing

1. Assist with the configuration, customisation, and deployment of the ERP system to meet the specific needs of our clients

2. Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for ERP system users, ensuring smooth operations and optimal user experience

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, and translate them into effective ERP solutions

4. Participate in the testing and quality assurance of ERP system updates and upgrades

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of ERP system components, configurations, and processes

6. Stay informed about the latest ERP industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements and enhancements to the system

What were looking for

1. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

2. 1-2 years of experience in an ERP implementation or support role, preferably with exposure to the manufacturing or distribution industries

3. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics

4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

6. A keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest ERP technologies and best practices.

7. Experience as an ERP developer (Oracle Fusion and APEX).

8. Experience as an Oracle Database developer.
