JOBDESC :
- Continuous monitoring of infra & service dashboards
- Provide initial acknowledgement to customer within SLA response time
- Perform first validation
- Answer basic status inquiries
- Create, categorize, and prioritize tickets
- Dispatch tickets to correct L1 queue
- Ensure SLA clock is started properly
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2.
- Conduct on-site health checks of servers, network devices, and GPU infrastructure.
- Monitor and record data center environment conditions (temperature, humidity, power supply, cooling).
KUALIFIKASI :
- Diploma/Bachelor in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in IT Operations, Service Desk, NOC, or Data Center Support (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of: Networking concepts (IP, routing, switching), Baremetal fundamentals, Data Center facilities (power, cooling, environment), Cloud Computing (VMWare & Openstack)
- Familiar with monitoring & ticketing tools
- Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident Management, Request Fulfillment).
- Strong communication and documentation skills for customer updates and ticket handling.
- Willing to work in 24/7 shifting schedule (Shifting)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to follow SOP strictly.
