Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and communicative ERP Presales Consultant to support the sales team in delivering ERP solutions to potential clients. The role involves understanding customer business processes, conducting product presentations and demos, gathering requirements, and proposing suitable ERP solutions based on client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team during client meetings and business discussions.
  • Analyze customer business requirements and operational processes.
  • Conduct ERP system presentations, product demos, and proof of concept (POC).
  • Prepare solution proposals, technical documents, and project estimations.
  • Coordinate with functional consultants and technical teams regarding client requirements.
  • Assist in preparing tender documents, quotations, and implementation scope.
  • Explain ERP features, modules, and business benefits to clients.
  • Provide consultation regarding ERP implementation strategies and best practices.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and business partners.
  • Stay updated with ERP industry trends and competitor products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in ERP Presales, ERP Consultant, Business Analyst, or related role.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, or other ERP platforms.
  • Good understanding of business processes such as Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, or HR.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to conduct software demonstrations confidently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings if required.
