ETSY MARKETING MANAGER / Marketing wiz

Were looking for a professional, reliable, and experienced Etsy Manager to join our small team at RIMMBA, a slow, sustainable fashion brand based in Bali. This role is key to growing our online presence and sales — especially through Etsy, but also with an understanding of Shopify.

This is a position with real potential for growth. If youre someone who understands Etsy SEO, loves creating strong customer experiences, and is excited to bring in sales — we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the Etsy shop from A to Z: listings, tagging, SEO, and updates

• Maintain excellent customer service across Etsy and Shopify

• Ensure we keep our Star Seller badge

• Monitor performance, run promotions, and suggest improvements

• Support product uploads and updates on Shopify

• Collaborate with our team on launches and content

What Were Looking For

• Experience managing an Etsy shop

• Strong knowledge of Etsy SEO and keyword strategy

• Comfortable working in Shopify

• Fluent in written English and clear communication

• Sales-oriented mindset and proactive energy

• Responsible, responsive, and a team player

Growth Opportunities & Commission:

This role is ideal for someone whos clever with e-commerce, digital sales, or marketing. If you have skills in Shopify, email marketing, or even basic IT — theres room to grow into a broader marketing and sales role.

Once you help us reach our sales quota, youll be rewarded with commission-based incentives.
