Operations Officer Japanese Speaker N2 (Service - Customer Service, Interpretation, Admin) - Bali

Job Description

• Greet and assist clients at the front desk, providing a welcoming and professional environment.
• Translate documents and communications from Japanese to English and vice versa.
• Assist Japanese-speaking clients with their visa applications and related inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about visa requirements, processes, and timelines.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from clients and consulate.
• Collaborate with the visa processing team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirement ・Min. Bachelors degree ・Min. Business Japanese level proficiency, own JLPT 2 certification ・Min. 1 years of working experience as front desk/customer service, experienced in handling direct communications with Japanese natives, interpretation, translation, and administration ・Strong communication, interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
