Job Opening — Event Assistant (FULL TIME & Remote)

Are you passionate about hospitality, coordination, and bringing people together through meaningful experiences?

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support our Operations team in planning and executing corporate team retreats across Asia and beyond.

This role sits just below the Project Manager level and is perfect for someone who loves organization, communication, and being at the heart of event execution — while learning fast in a high-growth environment.

 The Role

As an Event Coordinator, you’ll support the end-to-end delivery of team retreats by working closely with Project Managers, vendors, and clients.

You’ll help ensure that every detail — from logistics to timelines — is aligned so our retreats run smoothly and exceed client expectations.

This is a remote Posisi, working with an international team across multiple time zones.

 What you’ll do

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate team retreats
  • Assist Project Managers with timelines, client callschecklists, and operational follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with hotels, activity providers, transport partners, and local vendors
  • Help manage event logistics (rooming lists, schedules, activities, transfers, etc.)
  • Ensure clear communication between internal teams and external partners
  • Track deliverables and help anticipate potential operational issues
  • Support budget tracking and supplier confirmations
  • Maintain organized documentation and post-event reports

  • Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Interest in hospitality, events, travel, or team experiences

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Tourism, Business, or related field

1–2 years of experience in events, hospitality, DMC, travel, or hotel operations

  • Experience with corporate groups or MICE is a strong plus
  • Confident communicating with vendors and internal teams
  • Proficient English speaking
  • Comfortable working with timelines, spreadsheets, and structured processes
  • BONUS: Previous experience in a DMC, Event Organizer, or Hotel MICE team
