Key Responsibilities:
Complete assigned tasks across multiple business operations with minimal oversight.
Assist with personal assignments as required.
Create PowerPoint presentations for various purposes.
Manage social media accounts for both personal and business use, optimizing content for engagement.
Handle AirBnB account management, including reservations and guest communication.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
Conduct basic accounting tasks and review financial reports for accuracy.
Procure goods and services as needed.
Conduct research on various topics and prepare reports.
Plan and organize team building/outbound events with budget and recommendations.
List and sell items according to specifications.
Write proposals and manage projects, ensuring completion according to specifications.
Requirements:
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
Experience in social media management and content creation.
Ability to manage AirBnB accounts and reservations.
Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
