Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate production teams to meet daily output targets.
Develop and adjust production schedules with the Production Planner.
Oversee quality-control processes and implement corrective actions.
Supervise maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
Monitor KPIs (OEE, throughput, scrap rates, OTIF, Productivity) and report to Factory Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP B1).
Knowledge of quality-management systems (ISO 9001) and HSE standards.
